Years ago, I think it was the 90s, late 90s maybe, there was a greatest hits late night TV commercial and they showed a bit from this, especially Steve Backstage, in that black outfit, I was like woa! Where was that from! And here it is. Incredible. Captured!

Okay so here's my thought... this was what less than a year after Steve joined Journey. I don't think I could even walk across that stage with that many people out there let alone have the confidence in the ability to cater to the audience and show the composer that Steve showed so early in his career with journey. At least one of his bandmates said that he was pretty shy when he first started with journey. Nervousness and get out there and perform the way that he performed he must have had Balls of Steel
