They’re not the same thing. Only the 24oz owala fits in a cup holder. My kids take owalas every day to school, and they work great for any activity that your bottle may fall over for.

The Stanley has all of those features tho it has another option, leak proof. And depends on the Stanley, you can get a straw cover, and cup cover so that it won’t leak
