Lol. I installed Splashtop first and had issues with my work phone being locked down. So I thought, I'll try it later with my personal phone. Then I installed Spacedesk and had errors, where it would not work with Splashtop driver installed. Once uninstalled, it worked perfectly. Talk about eliminating the competition. ;-)

You get 10 minutes then an overlay that says you need to pay for the full version pops up and covers like 80-90% of the screen

i found this video by co-incidence, thank you for the unexpected boon kind Sir, you've mentioned your only complaint regarding spacedesk was it was wireless hence had a lot of lag, to reduce this you can turn on the USB connection which pops up when you connect the device with a USB cable as well, it would show up under communication interfaces when plugged in.
