0:15 Why not have a special thing that attaches to the lego pieces and keeps them straight. Like a metal lego head for helmets and a lego neck rod thing for heads? That way they won't misprint so much. Yeah it would be a bit costly to do that but it wouldn't be too bad since it would be one piece that fits a whole batch.
