Dame Cressida Dick resigns: Victim's mother says 'change has to start at the top'
Показать описание
Sarah Sak, who fought to have her son's murder investigated, says she is pleased Dame Cressida Dick has resigned because changes within the Met Police have to "start at the top".
Her son, Anthony Walgate, was the first victim of the 'Grindr killer' Stephen Port. She fought to have her son's case reopened when police dismissed it prematurely.
An investigation into the police's treatment of his case exposed "failures" that Ms Sak believes could have prevented other victim's deaths.
