Chae Eun Lee, Age 14, from Yewon School (Korea) performs Aurora Variation from Sleeping Beauty at the Youth Grand Prix 2023 Korea Semi-Final, where she won the Youth Grand Prix Award in the Junior Age Division.
The Sleeping Beauty is a ballet in a prologue and three acts, first performed in 1890. The music was composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The choreographer of the original production was Marius Petipa. In most Sleeping Beauty ballets, there are six good fairies, and each fairy presents the princess with a gift.
