I had never heard anyone claim that ketones help with stress, so I did a Google search, and ketones help with "oxidative stress, " which is when your body is low on antioxidants. So Courtney is confusing regular life stress with oxidative stress. Typical MLM rep behavior to not understand the science and therefore make a false claim.
