Tasting Home Brew Beer made with Barley and Cornflakes

It was time for Tasting home brew beer made with Barley and Cornflakes using the all grain brewing method.
I brewed a 5L batch using filtered Sussex tapwater treated for a pH of 5.5
The Grain Bill for 5 litres was:
1Kg - 80% Maris otter
200g - 16% Crystal malt
50G - 4% supermarket brand cornflakes
I used 9g Fuggles hops at the 60 minuit boil
&
9g Fuggles at flameout, steeped for 30 minutes.
The fermenting yeast was Safale SO4
It was bottled on the 12th of November 2021 and the bottom was opened on the 16th of January.
If I have to liken it to any brand named beer it reminded me very much of Hobgoblin ale.
