How to Cook while Backpacking | Beginners Guide to Bikepacking and Bike Touring

Being new to Bikepacking and Bike Touring, we've been testing out A LOT of things before we head out on our first actual bikepacking trip. One piece of the puzzle was figuring out how we are going to eat and what we are going to eat while we are bikepacking. We started out by researching cooking systems. We obviously needed something light and compact since we don't want to load any unnecessary weight onto the bikes and with space being limited, we didn't want it to be bulky either. We finally settled on a cooking system and ordered with. Along with that, we did research on what people eat, and bought some food to test out. SO in this video we walk through our new cooking system as well as do some taste testing of some of the food we bought!
