Limon from my race vlogs is the betaflight dev who built the motor mapping feature at the beginning after I kept bugging him for more usability I to bf.

He also just finished 9th at multigp nationals! Fastest developer in the world.

The motor remapping and motor direction make me happy. My old Vortex 250 did that years ago, and it is a total pain at 12:30am (that is when you inevitably finish your build) to think about remapping because of a custom build.

Betaflight 4.3 is pretty much done. Just some minor things yet to be merged in. Once the updated filter sliders in Configurator are merged in I’m going to migrate over all my quads and retune.

My quads have always flown fine with whatever version of Betaflight is on them. I don't go crazy with the new release stuff. I do enjoy nerding out tho!

I just built a new Woodchuck Wasp (bubby FPV) and I put 4.3 on a Kakute F7, it is flying like a dream. I haven't been able to put it down, and go back to my main quad.

Already updated both my two Mobula7, friend's Mobula7, 3" GT-349 and rebuilt 5" freestyle quad to Betaflight 4.3 developer preview during last 3 weeks. Good stuff. Worked out of box for me. With default filters and enabled RPM filter / bidirectional DShot goes smooth and no propwash. Can't wait for release.

FL1 can't remap motors on tricopter or octacopter or on other weird stuff :) having just quadcopter configs making life way easier for them :)
