Thanks for the info. I work in a larger facility with a lot of vct and linoleum with a very small crew and I essentially do the floor work myself. We have not adopted a burnishing program because it's not viable, so I just top scrub and re-coat twice a year until stripping is essential. The more you burnish, the harder the wax gets which leads to needing to strip and top scrubbing not as effective. I am going to try one of these products
