If you’re new to my channel, my name is Dr. Sean O’Mara. 49 yrs old: During my research, I found the breakthrough: visceral fat, the hidden fat deep inside the body, was linked to nearly every chronic disease.
51 yrs old: I uncovered the key to reversing disease—eliminating visceral fat.
53 yrs old: I removed all my visceral fat. With it, I reversed every health issue—heart disease, back pain, atherosclerosis, and more.
54 yrs old: I dedicated my life to helping others achieve the same results.
55 yrs old: Started working with high performers—entrepreneurs, athletes, and executives—to optimize their health naturally, without relying on drugs or surgery.

I can anecdotally back up what he is saying .. EXTREME GUT ISSUES solved with clean meat and fermented foods .. and they're delicious!!! Sour kraut is suoer easy to make at home and always tastes better than store bought but those you mentioned are actually pretty darn good for those bot able to make their own .. thanks doc and good luck everyone
