I think it's just because dev build is different from normal Brawl Stars, because in the Brawl Talk it showed an upgrade that costs 890 power points, but Frank said it was a bug in dev build.

2800 health from amber, and it looks like nita's bear spawning so my opinion it is a second gadget for amber that will affect super instead of main attack and i see something from the amber that looks like rico's 1st gadget

That was beta Lola because of the attack pattern and spanable HP.
And the "bear" disapeared, when "amber" died so that means when Lola dies her clone does
