@UPGardner The adapter for the crystal is a pcb mount screw terminal header.

there is a list of support for rigs on icons website. .but I don't think the 745 is on the list..call them and get the name of a tech .

Thanks for a great video. I notice you have the same rig I do (ICOM IC-745). Trying to get active again but I am not getting many signals on the receive function. I am not an engineer or technician and not qualified to troubleshoot it myself. Do you know if ICOM still services that rig or where I can get it looked at. W3GLQ - Lou

You said you did not "clean" the board before assembly.... how/what would you use to clean the board? How would this be done?
