When she says "We've talked about this" I don't think she's referring to what we saw in WandaVision. Clearly, Vision has entered her room in several "intimate" moments and Wanda told him not to do that if he saw that the door was closed. As Vision noticed the door opened, he assumed that it was ok for him to just entered the room through the wall.
