When Crowe played Maximus.
He embodied the perfect role and character. The film was perfect. The story was amazing. Sometimes you get a film so brilliant you should not touch it again. You dont need to as to equal or surpassed is impossible. The Original Gladiator is one such film.

Why use the quotes from the first movie? This sequel already feels like unnecessary nostalgia bait with a very similar plotline to the original, why highlight this even more by reusing the same dialogue.
