Great video. I love my MI-6 pinpointer. It's the deepest and best pinpointer I have owned in 24 years of metal detecting. I love that I can hear it through my headphones as I don't have to remove them to find the target. It just makes detecting easier and quicker so you can dig more holes and find more targets.

Another awesome video! Great for this old guy as a review. I always use it with the deus. Except when I volunteer on kids hunts that I do with my club and I have the sound and vibrate on because the kids love using the pinpointer and the love finding the object!

Thank you for sharing FIY as pinpointer go close to the tuning if you get a way from object or point pinpointer to the air, clean soil and retune it again it's go back to same power before tuning, you don't need to turn off and on again!

Had my Deus for over a year and i love it. The few issues i have had have all been to do with the Mi6 pin-pointer and the wireless link to the Deus, though...

Love this Pin pointer it is surly the best pin pointer there is, I got only one issue with the battery screw cap.. when i srew the cap on it always not going to be straight on it if you know what i mean.

Really like it. Unfortunately, the rear cap has split or cracked. I noticed mine is very very tight to screw on. The last quarter turn must be made as there is a noticeable gap before the cap seats on the body. The cap is not cross threaded. But that last quarter turn is very very tight. I believe the crack originated from the amount of torque that is applied and remains to seat the cap.

Favorite thing is that it works though my headphones and no one can hear it or my XP Deus.

The MI6 is a great piece of kit. Unfortunately, we have experienced a few issues when switching on as the LED is lit but no sound is heard when near a target. When switching it off, the pinpointer screen is displayed for several seconds on the RC. This usually happens at the start of the day but corrects itself after about an hour or about 6 or 7 switch-on's. Has anyone a fix or suggestion? TIA
