Gaetz: Biden is taking McCarthy's lunch money

Rep. Matt Gaetz swipes at Speaker Kevin McCarthy over spending negotiations, while hinting a motion to vacate him could come later this week.

Gaetz remarks come after McCarthy suggested he’d be open to more Ukraine aid that Democrats want if it’s linked to the border security Republicans are demanding.
