y’all should’ve had the renters pay for the damage that they made to the house.. like a down payment before letting them move into the house, if the house is kept in good shape then you can refund them the deposit but if they mess it up then you keep the deposit.. i really hope you put that into consideration for the townhouse so you aren’t forking out money left and right 😭
