Olivia when you are still in pain I recommend Alexander technique. It’s normally something musicians and dancers do, but everyone can go. I promise it will help you!

I had/have a lot of back and neck pain that followed through with other symptoms and I ended up going to my Gp and we decided on getting a full spine MRI. It showed I had a number of Spinal diagnosis and disorders. I can’t recommend enough to get a scan done to see if there is something internal going on as leaving it untreated for such a long time can end up causing permanent issues for you down the road. I’m lucky I got to it when I did but the spine is nothing to mess around with. Fingers crossed everything works out and you can become pain free as I know how exhausting it can be ❤
