Ever since Chapter 2 came out I’ve been getting more and more old Undertale videos and songs in my recommended. It feels like I’m in middle school again, obsessing over Undertale and other indie games that were popular during that time. I’ve recently graduated and heading off to college, it’s crazy to think how fast these last 6 years went.

I like how the song incorporates the talking sounds of papyrus and sans at 3:20 and 3:22 respectively. Gives me the feel that Asgore is guilty of being unable to save his monsterkind while the Underground's hopes and dreams are all depending on him. The knife sound at 3:11 just makes me feel how dreaded he must have been to have that sound repeat continuously in his mind after every of of his own kind was slayed by the player.
