Im a little confused about how we are limited at manifesting but at the same time we can manifest anything 🤔.

-Can people who are included in our manifestations, "deny" their part ? Since they have free will in our realities.
-Is visualization, control of our thoughts and faith enough to manifest something?
-is there a truth in astrology?
Is astrology a programming for people so we unconsciously"follow" a destiny? But we can still do and be whatever we want?
