Whether pad will work in a minmized window. Or should we maximize window first and run it ??

I have one desktop application in which there are three columns first column has list of items if we click on item the second and third column have few values
Second column is available fields and third column is loaded fields
So basically when we click on item we get to see which fields are available to add and which fields are loaded already
Now in loaded fields column i need to verify each and every thing is loded as expected which i am checking from one excel sheet
As the number loaded fields grows this becomes tedious task to check one by one loaded field and verify that from sheet i prepared also if there is mismatch between loaded field and sheet fields add need to add or remove accordingly from available fields column
As this is very much manual work
How can i automate this using only power automate give me steps or provide me which videos to watch from this course
