I think we know why shanks wins, well not neccesarely because we dont know how strong is Monkey.D.Dragon (Luffy's son) but for now since Shanks is Gol.D.Rogers son hes capable of beating luffy due to his bravery, on thr other hand buggy is really terrified to face strong guys. And Luffy well his gear 5 is strong but maybe in the future we will see something in Luffy's techniques smarter and stronger than Shanks.
