One day I caught the cops listening to people inside my workplace from their patrol car when on a break I walked down the street and heard the cops listening as I walked by, then then they saw me after 1min and they took off fast !

If I were to do the same thing as a stingray, or stringray 2 now a days, on a normal network, we would call it a "man in the middle attack, " and if I were caught, I would be prosecuted for it. So no, law enforcement shouldn't be able to do it either.

Ome way to stop anyone from tracking your phone and therefore your movements. Put your phone in a Faraday Pouch and keep it there until you are miles from home but keep it in the pouch as a general precaution. You wont get any calls or text messages until the phone is out of the pouch.
