Brad I’ve found out over the years when you don’t listen to your body and rest when it says so then it’s gonna take you down and make you rest. Don’t overdo too fast. You don’t want a setback. Anything you’re able to post will be awesome!

Glad you are on the mend. I'm just getting over the flu...it has been four weeks. Coughed so much I lost six pounds, but I still seem to get tired easier than before.
