It's called the Field 7 because it's 7x bigger than the Field 1.
6 of Field 1's horizontal and one in the middle vertically makes the Field 7.

These SONY ULT bluetooth speakers are outstanding, especially the ULT Field 7, the design really fresh, not boxy and very eye catching. The little brother ULT field 1 is good, but not as great as big brother ULT Field 7 in term of look and design.
Not surprising, the SONY ULT Field 7 rapidly got many fan around the world. Not only the design, it got more improvement and impression of sound quality, especially more brighter and the sub bass is more powerful and impactful compared to SONY recent Bluetooth speakers line up.
Yeah SONY, this is your coming back, after being slept for so long. This time your motto "No SONY No Party" relate to your ULT speaker and audio equipment line up very well. These are SONY should sound

Nothing beats the turtle box audio with 120db pushing 100 watts with a 6x9 speaker. Test that speaker is worth the money
