Honestly been thinking about the Jack Queen King 3 flavor text for some time. It probably does refer to the Hive siblings, but it can very easily apply to Final Shape. An army meets, and stands, and falls could be about our coalition or the Witness' forces. Three nobles stand and wage their hopless war can apply to Ikora, Zavala, and Cayde fighting together in the Pale Heart. In shifting madness, evil crawls refers to the Witness and their influence over the Pale Heart. One stands above the battle's roar obviously in reference to our guardian. Just my interpretation, but if this weapon foreshadowed the Final Shape that'd be nuts.

I think the first few lines from the Osiris lore talk about Savathuns journey from before and after she parted with Oryx & Xivu. Amid endless death (sword logic) and in between space between the two comprehension freed (starts seeking the light).
No longer shunned darks call brings tenebrous truth ( savathun starts understanding where the final shape truly leads)
Third 4th & 5th I think talk about the Witness. They were the first touched by Traveler, then converted to one, and journey to reap the last/final shape.

It's not that Osiris got some right, and got some wrong, the one's that are right, have only become so with hindsight. The ones that are 'wrong' are just probably not clearly understood. The three siblings one, for instance, I think refers to Oryx, Savathun and Xivu Arath and their eventual fate.

In one of the Season of the Wish radio messages, both Osiris and Mara talk about how many of their predictions have been derailed by ongoing events, and how “prophecies” are not set in stone (paraphrased).

My thought about the Osiris Prophecies -
>The Siblings cleaved could be Ana and Elsie Bray, reflections never found alone - their fates in every 'instance' are connected and even caused by each other, the Eldritch Race could be the Vex.
>A war in red - could mean conflict after a great loss - the current situation after the 'loss' of the traveler.
The Orphan sounding the Empire's call - the Orphan could be a Guardian without it's Ghost, and which Ghostless Guardian became high ranking in an enemy race - Eris, and she made a statement with what she did to Sivu.
Mortal Angels mourning the dead could be the people freed by Holliday mourning her loss,
Ironically, Lightless Light could be a Guardian using darkness classes because they lost access to the light, and having an effect on the darkness. So, Orisis using Strand after losing Sagira, and his efforts leading to us pursuing the Witness.
>An Army Stands, meets, and falls - Makes me think of Rasputin and his arsenal of weapons.
Three Nobles waging a hopeless war - Ana, Mara, Ikora working to get Rasputin up and ready.
Shifting Madness - What Aramis did to take control of Rasputin's arsenal.
The one standing above the roar is Clovis Bray.

In my opinion the blank/neutral symbol represents the Veil seen from above or by its flat side. The Witness mentioned the Traveler suffers 2 fates, one of victim and one of perpetrator and it wants it to be free. What if he wants to free the Traveler by killing the Veil, what if the Veil is the only thing keeping the Traveler stable/from unleashing chaos? As seen in our guardians subclasses: Darkness is all about control and Light is all about Destruction. Meanwhile the "good" Traveler has the more "evil" power and the "evil" Veil has the more "good" power and both of them are life and death. That is also why the guardians as well as many others can use Darkness, to control the forces of the Light. Ever since Lightfall dropped I have been thinking, what if the blanc/neutral symbol never was a placeholder symbol, how it is used in the raid. Everytime we see it, it's because we either wait for the symbols to appear or because we purposely should not be able to see the symbol hiding under it. It functions as a curtain hiding the correct symbol under it or in other words a veil.

In regards to those prophecies with less “known” meanings at the start:

1: referencing the cutscene at the start of Lighfall
2: Lightbearers using the darkness as a power
3: Probably the original idea of Lightfall
4: Thre resurrection of Savathun? The last part could be the idea that Xivu is in the same desperate situation that Savvy once was

I went to the E.D.Z. and Nessus and I found some random writing on the walls of two locations from certain areas from seasons that are no longer useful yet visitable!
