EVERYTHING You Need To Know About Getting Nanites In No Mans Sky!!

There are loads of ways to get Nanites in No Mans Sky but how do you get Nanites when you're starting out with nothing in the early game? Well this video aims to show you how to do just that using multiple different methods with almost all of them giving you the opportunity to get THOUSANDS OF NANITES in no time at all!

For now the most efficient way for nanites I've found is hunting sentinels for upgrades which I sell on the station. After destroying all 5 weaves you got like few thousand nanites for selling the upgrades

You showed this but didn't talk about it. All the goop and slime you collect can be refined down to Runaway Mould and then to nanites. Don't throw it away!

Another way using units, find 5-10 pirate space stations, farm the vendors buy arms/tech items, port back to a planet, then portal to a normal space station, open the items, sell to vendor. About 1-2million units per pirate station visit, but 30-50k nanites in 20-25mins for 20million units cost.

I also built a "Sentinal Fun House" 1.place a base marker on a basically large flat area.

2. Then build a flat deck of floor plates in about a 20 by 20 side flat floor.

3. In the middle build a glass room just large enough to enclose a portal, bio reactor, save point marker and a few plant stands for carbon to power the whole thing. They cannot see you in glass house until level 3. Their barrels fall on flat deck outside for easy collecting later, and grenades do not blast through floor.

4. Around the perimeter edge place a subwall so the dogs cannot walk in so easily except through an area of your choosing.

5. If you need to hide and recover run into your glass house to recharge and go back at it.

6. The portal let's you come and go as you please. Have "Fun!!"

I got lucky on my most recent new game. the planet I made the tutorial base on ended up having runaway mold. Easy infinite nanites.

Curious deposits respawn after each visit. Find them with NMS Coordinates Exchange, use a teleport, and all you will be busy with refining Runaway Mould all day long (with 4 refiners it leaves no time for a break - I mean 250 items stacks)

Can someone explain to me why it's good to refine 10 larva cores for 500 nanites instead of selling them for like 600, 000 units?
