I tried Pacifica silicone patches for my forehead and they worked great. But the only ones that cover my 11 lines are Toute Nuit Jet frown patches. They really smooth out my skin over time. I use peptides and/or Tretinoin underneath them.

I've been using silicon pouches on my neck and chest for a handful of years now and they are little miracles. I have zero wrinkles on my chest and I'm a side sleeper. I get cheaper ones on Amazon and they last me quite a while.
