My teacher told me about a scary story about a stressed out mother. She was going through a divorce but her son kept bugging her about going to the swing near his house. She gave up and went. A few days later the cops found her and her son alone just playing at the park after a few complaints. They found out that the mother had tied her son's hand to the swing and he died after a few days of restraining.
I never knew it was based off of a true story so it's really shoking

Fortunately, they were both rescued after the woman was found lying motionless by a passerby, who contacted emergency services. Her fiance, , had to be0 rescued by a helicopter from the cliff edge he was clinging on to.
