You want passive income?
Invest in real estate. All of the law makers own land and will never make laws that hurt their bottom line.
I rehab and build my own rental properties. Not only do I create my own equity, but I get mailbox money every month that both pays off my mortgages and buys my kids diapers tax free.
I also get to meet a lot of minimum spends when I build because the bank draws pay off my credit cards, and my credit cards can pay for the lumber, plumbing, so on.

I just met the minimum spend on 3 cards over the last 2 weeks: 60k point Delta Gold, 60k point Amex Mercedes, 60k point AAdvantage.

The Holy Grail of passive income is real estate.

I recently became an Uber driver, about a month ago. Doing it in a car that isn't the best suited for maximizing profits (eats gas, takes premium, All Wheel Drive and turbo is expensive to repair should anything go wrong) but, it's helping me vastily accelerate my debt payoff, and I plan on actually stockpiling the money up over the next year or so to get into stocks and or real estate myself. Awesome video, and I'll have to check out the Star Wars channel you have. Always good content from you.

Thanks for the general intro about passive income. I have no experience with investing but I want to give it a try and invest with 1000 USD. Can you please answer the following questions or may be make video to review them.
1) Which broker is better for investing 1K? Schwab, Vanguard, betterment, Robinhood, Wisebanyan, m1finance etc? I am looking something low cost or free but also safe.
2) Can you give some examples of index funds and ETFs optimal for investing with 1K?

3) What are the restrictions with day trading when investing 1K?
They are too many questions but I am looking something practical in the whole process of finding the optimal broker, better funds & ETFs to invest and which strategy to apply. I understand about YMMV concept and everyone should find out what is best. Still your input will be valuable.
From your other videos I understood about the 3 different strategies: Buy & hold, buy low & sell high, and day trading.
