It takes time to convert a drawing’s units from imperial to metric and back again. That is if you do it manually. In this video, we use a Dynamo graph and a bit of Python to read the unit settings from an imperial template and then write that to a file. Then we do the same with a metric template to change our file back again.

Can this apply to families as well? The workflow I am interested in is using a dynamo script to change the units and the unit options after starting a new family from a default family template.
