It's fixed. It was the AC charger. Warranty send me a new one and is working great

Make sure everything is updated this is a brand new system I had many issues with charging but the newest bios fixed everything literally and reinstalled battery drivers and now it’s perfect

This is my fear with Asus laptops. The only gaming laptop I owned needed constant repairs to the point I was refunded my $1200. This was like 10yrs ago but that’s the reason i switched to console and never got a laptop again. Now im looking to get one after all this time but trying to stay clear of Asus despite several options being near perfect for me

Sounds like a Power Distribution issue. USB vs pc adapters have various different wattage output limits

Yes, the USBC charge port is limited to 100W .. which (when using the laptop/s display + performance) is not enough to sustain the load.
What the USBC PD should/is intended to be used is with external monitor .. that way you don't use your laptop's monitor and I think in that scenario the laptop should be able to sustain the load on only 100W in normal browsing, youtube, desktop stuff. (At Least my old AsusRog is not going above 60W of power juice in these kind of tasks, when connected to external monitor)

Nevertheless.. having USBC power charge as an alternative helpes a lot in tight situations when you need to charge it while turned off or such (cause everyone has a compatible charger for their phones)

It is possible. But you have to set everything to low in armoury crate.

I have the msi cyborg 15 and no issues for 3 months, people mad hating on this 45watt but I choose it over the katana and cuz it was the first 4060 laptop I could get for 1250 while 3050 laptops where still being sold for 1300 in store in Netherlands.

Cyborg build quality is better than GF and Katana and with a bit of resize bar performance comes pretty far.


Even heavier titles are running wel now that frame gen is more implemented. usefull in single player games not so much in multiplayer.

Also fsr 3 mod is applicable to any game

And my desktop 3070 I upgraded to rx 7800xt nitro + amazing card so far. Performance between a 4070 and 4080.

Bro try using a diff background cuz those video backgrounds do make systems slower in general. Also check your power settings. In bios and in control panel.

laptop is good but i got battery issue and some graphics issues i replaced laptop 2 time and 3rd time i got perfect unit so far but still has some flicker issues

I have the same one, and I have the problem that the apps stop responding and sometimes the aacambientlight.exe error occurs, I have updated the BIOS drivers and it is still happening, and I have made sure that it is not some downloaded application that is causing these errors. I also hear a slight noise

I bought a G16 614JV i7-13650HX, RTX 4060 8gb and after 6 hours of operation it got a black screen.
