Crime is rampid... Once again DA let's murderer of 3 get only life, which we know life in Louisiana doesn't mean life, this DA had the nerve to say sentence is saying this sentence is letting criminals know, yes letting them know no real consequences really hasn't slowed down crime. However we do know immediate death penalty is absolutely a deterrent.

New orleans does not feel like a big city. I think new orleans is a mid sized city.
