Remember, this is what I ate in a day, but it doesn't have to be what you eat in a day. Everyone is different so you do what works best for you. I eat mostly gluten-free and dairy-free to help manage my PCOS and autoimmune disease. I also suffer from migraines, mostly hormonal-based.

Gut Healing Gummy Recipe

3 cups concord grape juice
3 cups tart cherry juice
1/2 cup gelatin powder
1/4 cup raw honey

Combine the juices in a saucepan. Add the gelatin on top. Let it “bloom” for 5 minutes. Then, heat the saucepan on low heat until simmering, whisking in the gelatin into the juices. Turn off the heat and whisk in the honey. Pour the mixture into a container and chill for 3-6 hours. Store the gummies in the fridge for up to a week (they also freeze pretty well)!

My heart goes out to anyone who suffers from migraines, they are truly the worst! But maybe this video will give you some comfort and ideas for how to deal with the pain. XO!

I do feel for u greatly. I suffered with lymes disease for 3 years till they finally figured it out. Now I have it under control but suffer with long term effects from the damage..keep the lovely smile and stay positive! 🎉

Hi, I had migraine for maybe 20 years here in United States. I got on medication then after a few years, I was on Botox for about 10 years finally now at 65 I do not have any more but Botox help.
