I think this type online cards didn't support international online transaction via PayPal or like credit card. I have ICICI Pocket debit card.This card didn't allow to pay.Most of ICICI physical debit card allows international transaction like credit card. you can use this virtual or physical debit card in all Indian online and POS machines.you can load money in your wallet and use.like our regular bank account.So think before applying for this
