Thanks for putting the time into this. Personally I would not touch this project at the moment because real estate is too illiquid so I don't believe it can back a stable coin. A project that buys Real Estate around the world (& has real accountability that this is actually happening) sharing the profits to token holders I would find interesting and get involved with. The key is transparency. It would allow the average person to take part in the lucrative real estate market with small amounts of money.

Sorry Taiki tangible has a terrible tokenomics.
I'll give you a better one in a YouTube comment: set up tangible as a DAO, olympus style, with the value of the token backed by RWA. Probably the value would fluctuate 5-15% below asset value to discount for redemption risk.
They could emit a fractionalized stable with 20% RWA exposure, not any more than that... the entire projects screams of Terra. Please.. do not do this.
