The goal of this channel is to think about crypto in a different way. Contrary to popular belief, crypto doesn't have to be, "Buy and hope it goes up." Through DeFi, there are so many ways to earn high & safe yields on your assets, which is a total game changer in terms of portfolio construction.

Yield farming is not a "get rich quick scheme," but rather a "slow grind to more wealth" strategy. And I argue that USING DeFi is the best way to LEARN DeFi, which will present natural alpha for you in the future. I am not an ecosystem maxi, but a yield maxi. Thanks for putting the time into this. Personally I would not touch this project at the moment because real estate is too illiquid so I don't believe it can back a stable coin. A project that buys Real Estate around the world (& has real accountability that this is actually happening) sharing the profits to token holders I would find interesting and get involved with. The key is transparency. It would allow the average person to take part in the lucrative real estate market with small amounts of money.

As long as there's no fraud and they actually buy the properties, then it seems pretty good, any panics and rushes for the exit will just be buying opportunities.

Sorry Taiki tangible has a terrible tokenomics.
I'll give you a better one in a YouTube comment: set up tangible as a DAO, olympus style, with the value of the token backed by RWA. Probably the value would fluctuate 5-15% below asset value to discount for redemption risk.
They could emit a fractionalized stable with 20% RWA exposure, not any more than that... the entire projects screams of Terra. Please.. do not do this.

Way too many LUNA/TIME-WONDERLAND vibes from this project. I'd be a lot more interested in it if the rebasing was once per month and variable based on the actual income of the DAO from rent etc. but they have it as a fixed inflation rate which seems super sus
