Studio 526, The People Concern's community arts and cultural program in the Skid Row neighborhood, holds its first art show since the coronavirus pandemic.

Rooted in the understanding that equitable access to arts and cultural spaces is essential for all people, communities and is a fundamental human right, Studio 526 focuses on increasing accessibility to community arts spaces for people who are experiencing homelessness or in extremely low-income poverty, and are committed to being a safe space for people who are living with mental illness.

Studio 526 encourages long-term participation as artists develop their individual voices, display their artwork, inspire each other, build community together and make creativity a continuous, restorative part of their lives.
