Saying Grover's algorithm explores everything at once is odd because if you could check every answer at once then you would have the answer in a single iteration, there is definitely a sort of parallelism going on but saying "it does everything at once" it's very descriptive of what that parallelism actually is.

The wave function collapses and we can measure the state. This allows us to predict the state of the other. But, we must consider that wave functions "overlap" and two or more wave functions cannot collapse in the same place at the same time. There are points of exclusion where a wave function cannot collapse. These are not accounted for in the experiments.
