Credit to Josh Kroenke for giving confidence to Arteta during bad times

I get emotional watching this to be honest, I can’t believe we were bottom of the league at one point under this guy, thank you Mikel for not giving up and thank the board for not giving up on him.

Josh is such a great guy, he handled this situation so maturedly and now see where we are, at the top. The fans want more, especially trophies, let's keep it going.

Kudos to the fans who didn't leave the game.

Changing a toxic culture at a football club is one of the hardest things in the game. It can take years to identify and turf out the players who aren't invested in the project, the players who are just there for the paycheck, the players who sell stories about their teammates and manager to the press.
Man Utd are currently learning this.

2021 was truly a dire year for Arsenal, credit to the club for sticking with Arteta and investing funds to turn the team around.

Its incredible how everything turned around. Sometimes you just need to believe in yourself and i think Mikel did and that's why he kept going and blocked the noise around him.

Fans who understand football knew Mikel was always the right man, even after that horrid season start.

Seeing this now, I fully appreciate the statement "Only at the lowest point are you open to the biggest change" Thank you Mikel...I almost give up on life, but seeing this....I can hope

Even when we were at the bottom of the table we still had best kits in the World and the fans never think any less of the club.

Watching this video, tells me that we have every reason to celebrate n be proud of where we are as a team, cus few years ago, we wanted this man to be sack, everyone thought it was the right decision, but see how patients, commitment n consistency has putting our football club right where it belongs, we suffer alot for this moment n it's our time to reap what we sold. I luv u Arsenal FC, n a big thanks 👍 to the Arteta n his staff n the owners for making us smile 😁 again, what a lovely story to explain when we become champion 🏆 in both competitions. COYG.

Imagine wanting to beat man city with Leno, holding, mitland niles and lacazette and Tierney. Can any of these players actually play for a top team?

Well done to him for turning it around. He got rid of the poison first and then gave young hungry players the chance.

I learn from Arsenal boses, sacking is not a solution to the company! Discovering and nurturing talent is very important!!
