Actually Fikah is not wrong. It is not part of the driver’s job to help put stuff into the boot. It is not part of their job and some of them do it because they are friendly or nice enough too. Some drivers also may have injured their wrists and can’t really carry heavy items like luggage or it will aggravate their injury so you can’t force them to help you put the things into the boot. I should know since my father is a Grab driver and this happened to him before.
