5:15 I ain't gonna hold you, that shit was a SMOOTH transition. I'm not even mad at you for having a sponsor.

The hot hand can be a fallacy or a fact depending on the situation. In luck based pursuits like gambling it's a fallacy but in skull based pursuits doing well promotes a good mentality and demoralized opponents

I don't always agree with everything said in these videos but only in the most civil of ways. I love the way you structure and play out your videos. No "SMASH THAT LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE BUTTON", no tedious wastes of time with additional wording or drama added in, just straight to the point and listing out your subjects and what they mean.

I wish more Youtubers were like you.
The website would be infinitely better for it... Instead the bulk of content on here boils down to a few minutes of actual substantial content you actively want to see and then another 10 minutes of time wasting.

Honestly one of the best sponsorships I've ever seen. It's very relevant to the rest of the video.

The existential fallacy came up in thinking about the recent Betlegeuse sequel.
One of the family members in the film is shown at civil service work in the afterlife, apparently following his accidental death.
The original film exposited that SUICIDE is what gets someone doing civil service, not fatal accidents, so I nearly called this an error.

But I caught myself.

The premise is that suicides become civil servants in the afterlife. It isn't necessarily that civil servants in the afterlife all committed suicide.

Furthermore, we're going on minimal information. Only two charaters in the original film bring up this point. We're not told why it's true or given much detail about it.

Bro, I got an A on my debate because of your video. All of my friends started asking how I got a 100 on my debate. You're the best.

Finally, a part two to the intro of a hyperfixation that has consumed my brain ever since.

Bro I just stumbled upon your channel and HOLY SHIT. You're brilliant. It's just the kind of content I seek! No nonsense explainers which expand the mind.

A great example of Casual Oversimplification is when some people talk about the fall of the Roman Empire and suggests that there was or might've been a single unforeseen cause that led to multiple dire consequences.

But considering it's size and complexity during it's peak it's much more likely to have been due to an escalating cluster of several factors (political corruption, social degeneracy, plagues, constant invasions by germanic tribes, water pipes laced with lead ect.).

It’s always a mixed bag watching videos about logical fallacies. I feel bad whenever I see one that I use but I also get excited whenever I see a new one. I have like a gollum relationship with these videos.

I need an example of an If-by Whiskey? The description wasn’t really helpful to what it actually is

Hi The Paint Explorer, could you please make an animation and explanation about all the 118 elements in the periodic table, that will be so helping since the way you explain and the simplicity of explanations are just so good and easy to understand quickly

Might I suggest fixing the subtitles so they can be read properly? Thanks!

Can you add like a “part 2” or something to the title? The two videos have the exact same title atm and I was very confused when I saw this one

The Post Hoc fallacy is known in full as "Post hoc, ergo propter hoc", but otherwise can also be referred to as the Chanticleer fallacy
(I learned this stuff in 10th grade because I had to take AP English Language)
