Hey! I've been experiencing issues with my keyboard LEDs, some of them stay turned on red dimly when the laptop is in sleep mode. And the 4 key completely stopped turning red ( the red led is not turning on)

Not a very worthy laptop as they say. Wait for a few updates to AW command center and AW Bios. You'll lose most functionalities.
