EV spots are the resource we need to move the car. The fine should be the same as parking in a handicap spot. In some states not only is there a fine but your ass gets towed as well. If I parked my tesla in a gas spot preventing you from fueling your vehicle maybe youd see the point. In my state we dont have any regulation but its in the works. You park in a EV spot tesla or otherwise you get a picture of the vehicle's license plate and text it to a Parking authority and you get mailed a ticket just like with traffic camera violations. Park where your supposed to or get a ticket and/or towed works for me.

Too Bad! They need to make EV parking spaces Handicap accessible so that handicapped people with placards can park there. Most of these examples show a clear absence of handicap spaces in the lots and on the street! I am handicapped and I park in EV spots when no handicap spots are there to park in.

It's interesting how folks hate regulation and cry about too much regulation, but when the opportunity for civility arises some folks will abuse common sense and consideration of others as in parking ICE vehicle on an EV charging spot.

What if every single parking spot was a EV charging station and absolutely no parking spot without a EV charging station then no one would complain
