Sympathy for the Devil - Keith Richards classic guitar solo from this great Rolling Stones songs. First appeared on Beggars Banquet and later on Hot Rocks - The Rolling Stones Greatest Hits 1964-1971. Also, there is a movie released in 1968 called "One Plus One" which was basically a documentary about the inception and evolution of this song. Mostly shot in the studio. Interesting to see how the song developed from sort of a slow bluesy song to the final product. Note - if the tuning sounds a little off it's because, while the song is in the key of "E" they were not in A-440, it was recorded a little lower

I knew this solo was recorded with a Gibson Les Paul Custom 1957 Black Beauty 3 and a Vox AC15 or 30 top boost channel but I'm not so sure, however great sound and great playing my friend! 🤘👅
