Russia's President Vladimir Putin is meeting with visiting Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. Jaishankar, who is on a 5-day-visit official to Moscow, earlier held talks with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov. India and Russia have reportedly signed a key nuclear power plant pact, and seem confident of strengthening ties.
