2009 Can-Am Outlander 800 | High Idle Improves If Idle Air Control Valve Port Is Covered

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I'm having the same issue. If I put my finger over the port like you did, I get the same results.

I’m having the same problem except mines idling way higher then yours. And I hardly used my quad. I can’t figure it out my self. I was kinda thinking maybe a bad sensor idk 🤷‍♂️

Was idling between 1250-1400 now when I start it it’s at like 2100-2500
But when I pop it into gear it don’t run hi...
