Hey, you found the mushroom glitch! They'll probably patch it out eventually but it's great while it lasts.

The chest loot actually goes by the key, at least so I heard, so a wooden key gives crap loot but a better key gives better loot. The master key is not the best key you can use but will do if you don't have anything else.
