My daughters Live in Eureka

My 3 year old granddaughter grabbed her backpack and popcorn and said Tsunami is coming let’s go
They went to higher grounds .
But are ok

My daughter said they didn’t get much of a warning 🤷‍♀️
With all the technology I wonder why not more of a warning
